Cap d’Antibes coastal path: 3.7 km between the Mediterranean and pine trees

At Cap d’Antibes, the coastal trail follows approximately 3.7 km of shoreline between La Garoupe cove and Villa Eilenroc. The route runs alongside rocky coves and Mediterranean vegetation, combining scrubland, pine trees and open views across the sea.

This natural environment is an important part of the residential appeal of Cap d’Antibes. For many French and international buyers, proximity to beaches, coastal walks and preserved landscapes has become as important as views, architecture and the quality of a property itself.

An approximately 50-metre section west of the trail, below Villa Eilenroc after Croupatassière beach, remains temporarily closed to the public until 30 September 2026 inclusive while cliff-safety works are carried out. The rest of the trail remains accessible, notably from La Garoupe and Chemin des Douaniers.

For the walk, the City of Antibes recommends suitable walking shoes, a hat and water. The area remains easily accessible from Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, adding to its appeal for both permanent residents and second-home owners.

On the French Riviera, choosing a property also means choosing its surroundings. An address at Cap d’Antibes also offers daily access to a preserved coastline, the Mediterranean and a lifestyle environment that contributes to the long-term appeal of a property.
